USE:
Mineral powdery and dry mix based on cement, granulates and additives, for the repair of almost all the damage of concrete, stabilized cracks.
Additive for the application of cementings, jointings, repairs on bricks and masonry.
FEATURES:

SUBSTRATES:
New and old masonry - concrete.

Application instructions
APPLICATION CONDITIONS:
Ambient temperature: between + 5 and + 30°C – Protect against a too fast drying by humidifying again.
APPLICATION MEANS:
Trowel, spatula
Flat brush (for the primer coat)
PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE:
Eliminate the non adherent parts until obtaining a healthy and clean support.
Remove rust from the metallic reinforcements mechanically or manually.
Cover the damaged parts and irons by a thick coat of RD-ELASTOMETAL.
DILUTION:
Product is ready-for-use.
APPLICATION TIME:
30 minutes
MIX AND APPLICATION:
Prepare the dry product with water until obtaining a thick, homogeneous mortar (± 10 % of water). After a careful mixing, let the mortar rest during 5 minutes (reaction). Mix again carefully. Easy to apply.
For more important repairs (+ 5 cm of depth), apply, with a flat brush, a primer coat of prepared RD-CEMENT FILLER. This mixture can also be used to fill small holes or bubbles of air in the concrete.
For more important repairs, one can add a filler material to RD-CEMENT FILLER (max. 30 %), for ex. white sand, sand of the Rhine, without impurities (grain 0 – 3 mm).
DRYING TIME (20°C - 68°F):
Recoatable: after 48 hours (with alcaliresistant paints)
